Carolyn, I like tomatoes that are really red 'n' ripe and juicy. Is it okay to use those in your guacamole? At least half & half along with the avacado? Or do you recommend the lighter, less juicy tomatoes? I will use what you recommend.

another way to keep avocados ripe is to leave them in a bowl with the stones (or seeds, i call them stones :D), i dont know why, but it works!!! lmao! brilliant video! i love ur shows :D

@mopryIScool Yeees! You know what, one of my friends told me that too. I tried it and it does work for period of time. If I use 3 avocados I use all of the stones and it works. Maybe I should add an annotation. Thanks for watching :)
