  • Carolyn, I like tomatoes that are really red 'n' ripe and juicy. Is it okay to use those in your guacamole? At least half & half along with the avacado? Or do you recommend the lighter, less juicy tomatoes? I will use what you recommend.

  • @30kendra Yes, sure you can use the same tomatoes. The ripe tomatoes are beautiful and delicious :) Thanks for subbing and leaving a kind comment :)

  • another way to keep avocados ripe is to leave them in a bowl with the stones (or seeds, i call them stones :D), i dont know why, but it works!!! lmao! brilliant video! i love ur shows :D

  • @mopryIScool Yeees! You know what, one of my friends told me that too. I tried it and it does work for period of time. If I use 3 avocados I use all of the stones and it works. Maybe I should add an annotation. Thanks for watching :)

  • Thats hella funny. Someone or most likely some bia biiaaa disliked this great recipe. Keepem coming Chef Carolyn.

  • @grandaddynative LOL "bia biiaaa" it's ok at least most of you guys liked it :D Thanks so much!
