@antiguakarateca That's Brian Backer from Police Academy 4. This role and his small role in Fast Times at Ridgemont High were probably the biggest roles of his career (hasn't acted since 2000).

The other guy is, however, David Spade. Who's gained a whole lot of fame since then.
