At Apt 2, a party with 15 - 20 guests ensues. A strange odor is observed in the hallway, a sweet pleasant smell mixed with a smell similar to alcohol. No liquids or alcohol is observed in the hallway. On 2 previous occassions, the odor of burning plastic is observed in the hallways.

Minimum 8 guests total in this video. 3 guests walk behind a car, and appear to place a box under the vehicle. One is observed removing or placing something in his pocket. Then, the vehicle with the sunroof drives off. 2 minutes later, a couple walk to the vehicle, the man hands the white bag to the woman and excitedly runs behind the car but doesn't see anything. He searches and locates the box under the car, retrieves it, and places it in the car. License plate given to Syracuse Police Special Investigations Unit.
