I got to say I trained with MMa fighters incuding Royce and I have always felt that Ju jitsu is 2 wide open. If u r competing & need 2 go hard is 1 thing but if u have 2 work and don't want any broke limbs its not for me. I know u hv 2 be tough & I have had dents in my head a few times from elbows.Ive got over torked w Kamora's / armbars this is part of it but when u throw caution 2 the wind I don't feel it. Royce is gentle but u want beat him. I know there is many sides to this conversation .
