Song: Torture
Artist: Richard Einhorn and Anonymous 4
Album: Voices of Light
Number: 6

Lyrics:

Glorioses playes....

Glorious wounds...

And I longed to see at least that little bit of Christ's flesh that the nails had fixed to the wood.

Glorioses playes....

Glorious wounds...

Imo solaribus radiis clariores...

He showed [her] his heart, perforated like the openings in a small lanter... From his very heart issued forth rays of the sun - no - brighter than the sun's rays...

Glorioses playes....

Glorious wounds...

..."It is not fair to wish to taste only of my honey, and not of the gall. If you wish to be perfectly united with me, contemplate deeply the mockery, insults, whippings, death and torments I endured for you."

Glorioses playes....

Glorious wounds...

  • more people should hear this!

  • This is a masterpiece!

  • This is all great, but I'm looking for the section of this piece played in the film before Joan's confessional where the image of the skull and the worm is juxtaposed with plant life...which part is that?
