I'm am running Windows 7 I have a MetroPcs Samsung Code aka Sch-i220 and I'm trying to install the windows mobile device center so I can sync my phone to my computer. When I load the cd that came with the phone it only give me the option to install active sync which is not compatible with Windows 7. Can anybody help me with this problem?

  • @ju4n2588 Did you try to use the cd or you just plugged your phone up to the computer and the cd isn't for vista you have to get windows mobile device center.

  • I got it to work all I did was connect my phone and went to automatic update and it installed itself without the cd.

  • This is the worst phone i EVER had it sucks. Now it doesnt even ring when i get a text message it just vibrates. I rather have my old samsunf freeform then this piece of crap

  • @futuristicstyles1 i di but it doesnt work can u give me the link? cuz it says to many crap todownload and after dat othing happens so i want the direct link if u have could u help me cuz i have vista not 7... thanks

  • I never used the CD and I was still able to connect my phone to my computer because for some reason I already had windows mobile device center on my computer. If you dont have it try downloading it off of the Microsoft website. you should still be able to get it from there. If your having trouble finding the site just go to Bing and type in "windows mobile device center" and do a web search. it should be the very first link. hope I helped :D
