tank residents: 1 betta, 2 african dwarf frogs, at the time 5 balloon red eyed tetras, some ghost shrimp.

this tank use to be my bfs turtle tank. thats why it has a reptile basking light. you cant see all the residents but at least you get to see one of my frogs search and find food. one of my tetras have swim bladder disease so hes isolated and swimming stupid.

  • Be careful, betas tend to be very aggressive fish.

  • lucky for me my betta doesnt care about the frogs. he actually swims away from them because the frogs mistake him for food and nips him.

  • @okcomputer31442 I really wouldn't exclude females. Females will fight without a large tank space, I've had two males killed by a female that was NOT friendly and I was to inexperienced to know the difference. (I know better now, I don't even try anymore) Females need special treatment to be kept with other females. 20g tank, 6 or more girls, and LOTS of plants. If one female refuses to stop picking on the others she needs her own tank and should be kept alone.

  • I like the tank setup

  • Your Tank is beautiful :D looks like a good habitat :D

  • Such fat frogs!

  • looks great

  • @Sford0dude5 im not really an expert on this but yes i have seen a video on youtube where an adf actually got a minnow! i think your fish should be safe but if your frog lucks out again, he maybe able to get your tetra.

  • @fuzzyboo14 African dwarfs are actually ideal tank mates for a beta. because they are not colorful and very docile, they live peacefully together. Betas are traditionally only aggressive towards there own kind (females excluded of course. Similar sized colorful fish are a problem tho.

  • Oo. Nice tank. The frog is much fatter than in your first video, haha!!

  • COOL MUCH BETTER!
