If an interviewer does not want to know a real WEAKNESS then why ask it. And generally 3 weakness are asked not 3 weaknesses and what are you doing about them or how are you using them to move forward….

@diayang I would say: Sometimes I feel a little indecisive about making major choices. However, it has helped me in the past to make very wise decisions. (That's one of my weaknesses too!)

If my weakness is having second thoughts but i use it to make careful of what i do how do I put that in words?
