Sorry... but the promoter was right!

If he wouldn`t have allowed Hall to appear on the show in the condition he was, several of Hall`s friends (which were also part of the show) would certainly have stated that he was in the condition to perform so that in the end the promoter would have been forced to pay him his money!

I thought this clip would show Scott just being sleepy looking. But now I've just seen the drunkest person in my entire life. No joke. I hope they took him straight to the hospital and then rehab. 5150 that dude before he hurts himself and drives into a family.
