The IBM Social Sentiment Index uses analytics and natural language processing technologies to aggregate and gauge consumer public opinions from Twitter, blogs, message boards and other social media.

    My concern is that it might all be a "social bubble", just like the dot com bubble. I actually terminated my facebook account recently, and it feels just great.
