I actually didn't install Mobile or MID version. I installed regular 8.04 because I normally use it as a laptop in a docking station. I then installed the mobile GUI and retro-fitted it into normal HARDY. In the car I use the mobile GUI and at home I use GNOME. Hope that helps. If you want instructions on how to do this I can't post links here, but if you go to the micropctalk forum and have a look in the Linux section... I have the same username over there, so it should be easy enough to find.

Hey thats looks so great. What version of Ubuntu Mobile did u install? Ubuntu Mobile or MID and where did you downloaded your img from? I tried installing ubuntu MID 8.04 MID edition but touchscreen not working and no clutter interface...
