my 86 can't be outrun by 92's 100's 101's or even 102's.well... my 86's engine is from an AE101.but, 650hp can b outrun by 150hp.

i dont think ae92 and ae86 have the same quality of suspension. i believe the 86 is solid rear and the 92 is independant. plus ive never heard of the 86 coming with all the goodies the 92 came with stock. as for the engine, im not sure the 86 came with a factory installed oil cooler like the 92 did...

ae86.. that's because ae92 is a FF car but the trueno is an FR.. FR's are good in accelerations!

AE92 is FWD, as a general rule FWD put out more horsies to the wheels because of less drivetrain loss. The engines are aftermarket for both, but some AE92's came with that awesome hi-comp. Like my 91. However, 86's are actually good around corners due to RWD, I don't like driving FWD's because of the understeer.
