Holy Feces! I forgot how spine tingling that bridge was. That sound influenced a lot of music my friend and I wrote back around 2003 and 2004! Aahhhh, memories!!!

Brett is alive and well...he is currently the lead singer with Jim Morrison's band, The Doors, and their moniker (if you will) is 'Riders on the Storm'...his vocals are STILL FREAKIN' SWEET...He and his wife a child so all is good for Brett...Still miss him w/Fuel

Brett left Fuel for "personal reasons." It was said that he left due to some sort of throat injury at first, but it's since been confirmed to be untrue.
He's now with a band called Circus Diablo; and is also performing with Riders of The Storm.
