  • Oh thank you so, so much. I have had painful wrists and hands for months and although my pain does not go these exercises give me great relief so big HUG for posting.

  • @13Moondancer

Thanks for the post and I'm glad they are helping! The fact that you and others like yourself obtain relief from the stretches and exercises is the reason I make these videos. So many people are told nonsense and are given no hope for relief from their pain and dysfunction and I want to let them know that relief is possible. Thanks again for the support!

  • I am 25 and I have used so much the computer and I don't know good excercises for this bad.. do you take any medication besides the excercises? I don't understand how to calm the pain because it hurts me and I feel my hand something.. I know I am not talking about your video but also hurt me my back.. sorry but I think you can help because you suffer of that

For most instances in which muscle imbalance is the root cause of carpal tunnel syndrome, I just utilize the stretches and exercises. Other modalities such as massage etc., can b e added in conjunction with the stretches and exercises. Be sure that you obtain a diagnosis of your condition so that you know exactly what you are treating.

  • I am 25 and an internet marketer, and I am getting very bad pain from carpal tunnel partically in my right hand.

I am curious can you recommend a place to purchase that glove from? Thanks!

The type of work you do can really do a number on your hands. I suggest looking up EnableMart, BannerTherapy, PainReliever or the manufacturer at Repetitive-Strain, as they seem to be the best ones to do business with! Good luck with your hands and feel free to PM me if you have additional questions.

Make sure that you ease into the stretches slowly and do not be forceful. If a particular stretch is highly uncomfortable, don't do it and find an alternative one. Good luck!

  • ooh its painful!

Yes, there is hope of gaining it back. I've seen happen in a lot of cases, but you just have to do the right exercises to eliminate the nerve impingement and restore normal balance of the muscles. There is nothing wrong with taking the full spectrum of B vitamins either, as they all have an effect on the nerves, from pain relief, calming and recovery.

  • @URehab so with atrophy now, there is hope to regain that muscle being lost right? ahh thats a big relief. i thought my thumbs were gonna fall off. lol jk. thank you~
