LOL, I was on the edge of my seat too! But something tells me you have been cooking long enough, that if your chopping techniques were going to take a finger they already would have. Pretty sure I saw all 10 digits there! ;) Great videos. Thanks!

@PE425 I've also used a blendtec and just prefer the Vita Mix, in my experience it takes less time, therefore less oxidation and more nourishment.

@onewhoknowsall It would have to be a very fine strainer to prevent any of the pulp from passing through. I've never seen one fine enough, but if you have it might work. Keep us posted!

What if you strained the juice into a glass instead of using the bag would that work ?

How do you clean the bag? By hand?

@falafelstand It's best to clean the juice bag by hand or in washing machine in cold water. These bags are not "pre-shrunk" , therefore should be washed in cold water and air-dried to prevent them from shrinking. I was mine by hand with white vinegar.

Did I miss something or did you not add any water at all?

@nadoop You are right, we don't add water when juicing. You'll be removing the pulp, which provides only the juice, with no dilution from added water.

Can't wait to get my Vitamix.....P.S> You kinda scared me when you were chopping the veggies! Please don't cut your fingers! I was at the edge of my seat while watching this video!
