Do some research before you run your mouth, a FULL 40% of your economy comes from NorthAmericans, if the expats and tourists pulled their money out the CR economy would collapse 10x worse than the U.S. economy is collapsing right now, not only are they NOT a drain on your economy,they are the greatest source of revenue and CR would be reduced back to a third world agricultural economy like Nicaragua or Guatemala.

new laws on its way in CR, imigration, social security and ofcourse a fiscal reform,Costa ricans are aware of the crime and imigration problems, this is causing to have 50% of all inmates are foreigners. Expats do not contributed at all with the costa Rican economy and it seems that costa ricans are becoming less friendly every day that passes by
