  • Food trends of 2010? sriracha has been around the block for so many years, there's no need in that forecast. And don't get me started with the bahn mi's.

  • Meatballs, pretzels, mac 'n cheese, beer, sriracha, modern vegetarian and "slump" desserts. Any foodie could have come up with this list. Not impressed.
