For last 10 years, no.

The thing that makes this part of the movie so amazing is how horrific it is. The same is just really calm and peaceful, yet the scene is grotesque and violent that they just clash and to have background music such as this just brings to mind how horrible man can be while at the same time using excuses such as "fighting for peace and freedom," is a monstrosity.
Albeit I do have to admit this is one of my favorite parts in the series =)

I love the part when Ritsuko die.
The betrayal of the Casper is just bitter. The mother like thing want her man than her girl. Sad for Ritsuko for sure.
I don't know what Ikari said to Ritsuko. May be it's "Love you", or "Love your mother".
It bangs. And she fall. When she is dying, she see Rei. Maybe it represent the leading to heaven or LCL or hell or nothingness.
Don't you guys think that the story of Ritsuko is similar to "Wuthering Heights"?

@nyxmaroercheostrea put bluntly, we all hate each other, yet we love each other.. love and hate, peace and war.. theres no differences, there not the same.. alas, for the humanity, will end up killing each other, sooner or later till extinction.. but thats fine, cause.. that is what we have been doing, since the dawn of our existence. hence, evangelion.. the angel of mercy and death..

According to Wikipedia, the song is commonly called "Air on the G string", originally composed by Bach. I love it too.
