Chapter 33 - Rent vs. Buy - The Debate Continues

Everybody says "rent before you buy." But unfortunately few do. Fran and I are sticking to that strategy unless the absolute drop dead, deal of the century were to come up and bite us on the butt.

The debate is never ending. But if you can fight the temptation to buy property on your initial move to Costa Rica, you will have more than quadrupled your chances of expat success!

I Have seen almost all your videos, they were so helpful for us, we are a couple 57 and 38 with a two little girls 12 and 8 we are a us citizens but we were born in Guatemala, so we are Spanish speakers also, we bought a land in San Ramon, and we are in the process of moving at the end of this year, thanks for such a great information.
