We wait with baited breath for that "independent" review....

I think what needs to happen is for good, like-minded people to unite (behind an historical understanding of "the holy roman empire" and its crimes upon humanity) and to begin the process of making "citizen arrests" of the "committee of 300", which is to say the top 300 blood-related families who are perpetrating ongoing crimes. A halt to their financial activities must be enforced, ultimately enabling these funds to be re-directed.
