Wow, trip down memory lane. When I got stationed in the UK in 1991 I bought my very first car. It was a 1983 Silver XR3i and I LOVED IT!! :):)

In my top ten too. In the eighties, if you had an Golf GTi, Astra GTE and especially and XR3i, you were the envy of your mates. I love these hot hatches because they are practical and appeal to just about everyone.
