In this section we put together 3 exercises on the reformer to enhance dynamic of movement and muscle memory coordination. We focus on scapular rhythm as we go into the 100's, alignment of hips as we do peter pan legs and we enhance the connection to the abdominal to the spine as we frog legs out.
