I got ill recently and lost a load of weight. I'm going to be using the plan I recommend on bulkupfast.com to get back in shape. I'll be talking about how I get on each week - also my diet and motivation as well. This is a 12 week plan, starting on 5th January 2009.
I hope this can help inspire any of you who find it tough to keep going at times.

  • Thanks for the kind comments guys. It's been a week since I started, so I'll be posting #2 very shortly.

I wasn't too ill, but I did lose a lot of motivation and in particular my routine.

In my opinion, the mental part is the hardest, and the bit most trainers hardly even mention.

I'm going to be talking a lot about this in the coming weeks.

Oh and Olistanes, I went from 14 stone 2 down to 12 stone 10, a loss of 20 pounds if my maths is correct.

  • looking forward to this :). cant wait

  • good to have you back :D

  • how much weight did you exactly lose?

ps. i really like how you are down to earth and all that unlike other trainers who are just in love with themselves. thanks for the advice and stuff. (Y)

  • Its good to hear from you mate and I hope you've made a full recovery. And it actually motivates me that you can get sick and still rise to the challenge again...

The hardest part for me is getting the mentally prepared to get all my diet/routine in order and actually getting started. Once you've started there is no looking back...

  • yea man def lookin forward to sein ur progress man.. hope u werent too bad an thanks for da help.. good luck bruv
