I know 20yr fruitarians that are bald and never touched steroids. And guess what? They have decent physiques, well better than yours at least. Are they on it too? Time to grow up dude.

You really seem unintelligent, jealous and pathetic by the comments you make and really are doing a disservice to the vegan community when you say stuff like this. I've noticed anytime someone looks better than u(which is most of the time) or someone has reached a level of athletics that u could only dream about, they automatically are on something and you discredit them. Why are you so threatened brah? If you had any knowledge of human physiology you wouldn't make that bald comment.

I'd love to see you train for 5-6 1 hr sessions per day with working weights and not end up stagnated and go backwards possibly with hjoint problems from overuse ...maybe a person who trains sub-maximal and is using recovery aids like GH/steroids/IGF and lives the gym I.E. no real job and 100% ability to dedicate time to recovery like sleep/nutrition , but I've never seen Joe average natural lifter train the gym for hours on end and go very far in 22 years .

In a nutshell training less mean you get less results, training more you get more results that is in the case you know how to recover properly. Its the same as with any skill - the more you practice the better you became. For example if you are trying to be good at playing violin the more you practice the better the results, i don't know any violin teacher to suggest to his students to practice less for better results. The same principle apply to weight training.

These are the sets that nudge the progress forward. The 1 hour maximum BS come from misunderstanding former bulgarian weightlifting coach Abadjiev who trained his weightlifters in 1 hour training segments and argue for the idea that testosterone fall after one hour (which doesn't matter because his pupets was using methandienone anyway, his real purpose was to keep them busy and out of bars and alcohol). What is seldom told is that he trained them 5 to 6 times PER DAY for 1 hour periods.

I can assure you that i am not wasting my time in the gym, actually i am one of the few that make the fastest progress in my gym. One of the reasons is that i don't rely on misinterpreted studies results for my training but value training methods by their results, and NO WE ARE NOT ALL DIFFERENT, the effective methods are effective for everyone. One hour per workout is not enough except if you workout 6 times per week, its not enough to accumulate sufficient number of high intensity sets.

Isn't it possible that he's bald for another reason? Correlation is not causation after all.
