  • Hey, I'm sorry if you felt like I attacked you. It was merely a suggestion to lengthen and open the flight paths a little bit.

I don't doubt your ability to take care of the bird. <3

I never let my bird out. He hates leaving his cage. In his cage, he feels safe and happy :] Cool that yours will leave willingly.

  • @DriftingMellow nono I didn't see it like that ^w^;;;.

My little blue ficher love bird gets grumpy and doesn't like to leave the cage sometimes..so it's hard to get him to exercise xddd, especially during molting season for him ( don't tell him I said that >w> <w<)

what kind of bird do u have?

  • The female canary in the video was diabetic and ended up passing away -.-

we feed her well but there isn't much the vet coulda done to help her.

We got the male a new mate and this year they had 3 lil babies who are healthy ^.^

  • @DriftingMellow keeping in mind that we did change the cage set up since then lol. and it's 2011 and the video was done in 2009.

We let the canaries out for at least 1 hour every day to fly around ( we are in the room with them when they are out to watch over them), so they get their exercise. I might upload another a newer video soon.

  • @Kitnami yeah canaries do play with some toys but I think your cage is a little cooped up in that video. Dont you want the most room for them to fly and bounce around?

  • your home, your cash. your cage, your birds, as long as they are healthy n happy :). its all good :)

  • What I mean by this is that, keeping my canaries cooped up in a cage with nothing but seed and water is not something that these birds are particularly happy with, hence the 3 toys( 1 from his store cage and 2 more), then there are different perches so their feet get proper exercise., a cuttle bone for calcium and a nest because they were breeding at that time...oh and water and food dishes....that's a lot of trash eh? well.. it keeps my family ( my birdies) happy and healthy thankyou <3

  • Not to sound rude or anything but you do realise that I change the set up of my birdcages since then? I think you do not, since this video much has changed in 7 months :p

Ps I do believe you wanted to say" The canary is not a parakeet. Take all the trash out of the cage"

Well seeing as I posted "Canaries" in the title I do in fact know that they are Canaries.

  • canary is NOT parakeets... take alll these trash out of the cage

  • Canaries love nest part 1 lol
