@silkmint You don't see a lot of women here in Cebu wearing much makeup everyday because it's not customary for students and some working girls. People here have this perception that makeup should only be worn on special occasions. That's why when you go out with a face on, people usually stare at you as if you're a different creature or something :)) But I have to say, people now are starting to get used to more and more women wearing makeup on a daily basis. :)
