  • I was now phobic of medication because all the times I went into the E.R. and was given albuterol nebulizer treatments, I always usually left the E.R. worse with my breathing..so this made me scared of medication...all of this horrible treatment/non treatment/mistreatment from this garbage hospital and it's cold hearted staff helped fuel what is now an out of control anxiety issue that I desperately need help with...my question is, I have accepted it, but the symptoms are so brutal, I am frozen.

  • Nate, I encourage you to watch my other videos and to see a psychiatrist. It sounds like you need to get on some anti-anxiety medications to calm down. You need to get a proper diagnosis.

    Regards, Gary

  • Is panic herditary?

and can you give some other ways of helping with anxiety besides drugs? like multi-vitamins or any type of food i could it.

cuase I don't really wanna take them cause I heard they make you sleepy n stuff.

  • Panic and Anxiety can be Hereditary. In my case, my father had it, so did his brother and a few more members on his side of the family. As far as treatment goes, there are alternatives to meds, however each case is different, thus the treatment for you I can't comment on. Personally, I chose the medication regimen as it helped my father. Hope that helps.

  • i wonder do rich people have a better way of dealing with anxiety and panic? do rich people go to holistic doctors and get better results or what ?

  • uhhh and btw drugs that act on both serotonin and norepinephrine are called serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRI), not selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRI).

  • what do you mean that we can't treat anxiety with dopaminergic medications? just because narcotics increase dopamine doesn't mean it can't be used for anxiety. what if someone already has high levels of serotonin but they are low on dopamine? huh? are you just going to increase their serotonin even more to dangerous levels? btw you forgot one of the main neurotransmitters GABA.

  • I feel better staying out the way as much as I can. Its the conditions we live in that are only getting worst and as long as they continue so will the anxiety for everyone. All else is just a patchwork cure. The root problem is the environmental setup. Until that changes it will only be the same if not worst as a whole. Be strong read Jacque Fresco

  • Well for me I say we are not born with it per say, it instead comes from our screwed up environment/society and all the trash we are subjected to.

  • you are handsome. thanks for info

  • I watch this every time I have a panic attack. For some reason, I guess I fear health issues, so when I feel something strange it starts getting worse and worse until I just collapse in on myself and think I'm going insane. I am a very logical person, but again, fear is VERY hard to control.

  • Excellent vid. Very reassuring. Very true.
