first there would never be caution tape in the actual crime scene that would contaminate and there for neglect any evidence found
and second the bloody hand prints would not be so deliberate they would be smeared unless the child did it but i dont think even shaq had hands that big when he was 10 :P

This isn't someone who just grabbed a camcorder and caught their kid saying a funny word, this is someone who took time and effort into creating a piece of art (whether you like it or not) so give him some respect.
