i think this is hindustani Kapi.....not quite the same as Kapi in Carnatic.

The raga is KAPI in Carnatic music. It's called PILU in Hindustani music.

listen to the the same piece done in in italy concert.the video is not available but the audio is available in cooltoad.just type mood kapi or italy concert in search.
