@autofletch Hi, we had a similar difficulty with Insurance Companies. The cost of the BMW Adhesive and fitting pack can be an issue. However we email the link to this Video to explain how the process works to both BMW owners and assessors. It's a slow learning curve.

I have serviced BMW body and collision for many years. I have the SPR tool. I am having a hard time getting support for this technology. Somewhat exhaustive because I am running into folks who are not familiar with this process or the materials associated with it. I am south of Washington DC.
