Still you haven't answered the question: Where's the consumer of this new industry of yours? We're going to what? Sell spaceships to foreign nations' space programs? I'm afraid you are mournfully underestimating both the economic climate, the purpose of any nation's space program, and the demand for space exploration, especially that which would produce any substative profit. It makes no sense.

Sorry to disappoint but I didn't vote for eather one. Didn't like eather one. XP
But seriously, I'm talking about creating an industry from the ground up that would create jobs. Not just any jobs, mind you, but skilled labor. That is something a silly tax or incentive would never do.
Companies made ships to settle the new world, companies helped settle the west and created the Transcontinental Railroad. Why can't industry do it again?

Who exactly pays us to "Get...back into space?" What exactly does space travel produce? Shall we put the former line workers at the ford motor plant into our hybrid Rocketships and send them off to mine magic-rock from the planet Venus to sell to the Chi-Comms? You seem like an Obama voter. No offense, but seriously.
