Why are you making this over complicated? Much easier way of doing it.. and i'll even use your Cards :
Set up top of the deck as such ; Queen Diamond/AceClub/QueenHearts
Bottom deck : Ace Spades
Give them the first card, Double lift to expose the second queen to show the similarities.
When you show them the "Switch" Simply pull the ace from the bottom in the Queens place and the trick is done.
I will upload a video and link it to you. Pinky breaks in this trick are not needed.
