I was having the prime problem and checked their website for help. In the upper right near the search box is the customer service tab. Click that and check out their videos on cleaning and maintenance. It needs to be cleaned at least once a month. My works well if I keep to the cleaning schedule.

After 1 year mine has now been Christened..A Piece of Shit.
Stopped working, more water gets dumped back into the resevoir than the cup.
ive googled a fix to death and have tried everything..So, the fucking thing cost me 10 bucks a month, plus the cost of the kcups, 1 a day...and the aggravation i am suffering right now.

Yay! This actually worked! I was ready to pull my hair out. I stuck a safety pin into the needle hole and a TINY amount of grounds came out. After that it worked perfectly!!! Thank you!!

This the worst coffee maker of the world, if you consider the price you pay for this crap machine

I have had 2 and they both did the same thing. I now have a MR Coffee k cup machine.

Sometimes I stick my finger under that return reservoir and then water will begin to come out of the right hole and make coffee.

I am on my 3rd machine and my latest problem has been water back filling into the reservoir. I have read many solutions on here but none have worked. All I did is go to their website and read the maintenance part. It stated to get a paperclip or toothpick and lift open the unit. Place the tooth pick into the hole of the needle underneath the head. I pulled out dome packed in grounds and ran a cycle and it poured out like new!

The check valve is sticking. Just fixed mine after scouring the web for ideas. Found alot of info but no exact fixes. The water going back into the resovoir is the pressure relief valve going off (because the water wasn't able to pass through the check valve). That's what it should do, because the pressure has increased when the water heated and again when the water pump came on to "put coffee in your cup". If the water can't go into your cup, the pressure valve releases the pressure.CONT....
