@deliriumxtrigger actually this is not a deform pup its a water pup. It can effect only one pup in a litter or the entire litter. Water puppies are impossible to deliver naturally, they are huge, swollen, waterlogged puppies. A c-section is a must, as these puppies are generally 2 - 4x the size of their littermates.

Water pups are usually born alive, limp, and weak, and they look like someone blew them up, like a balloon. majority of them dies a few days after birth

This is just a birth defect, this is caused because apparently the mother was drinking too much water when she was still pregnant and it ended up like this, fortunetly it isnt a huge problem because if treated then its very likely it will turn back to normal :).
