How is this "unconstitutional"? Are you just using that because it sounds good, or can you back it up?
Auto insurance is mandatory so that you can take responsibility for it. So is the requirement that you buy healthcare... it forces people to take responsibility so that public services are not overwhelmed and so that we, as taxpayers, don't have to shoulder the healthcare cost of those who refuse to buy it.

Yeah, lets arrest those who cannot or do not want to carry health care for different reasons, but let harden criminals up in NY case in point, rewritten NY constitution at that, out on community release work program. This administration is taking things way too far and I fear the outcome from it.
