    She hasn't enforced anything.................... Another paid government position with someone drawing a huge paycheck and getting nothing accomplished. She's in over her head with no direction or power. Data base... gotta love it and oh those "List's". File cabinet enforcement. Good Luck to her! Oh nice video even if I fell asleep.
