600 Youth to Celebrate Success in Job Training Programs at Y4 event on May 5, 2011

WHAT: Media is invited to attend Y4, an annual conference for San Bernardino County youth who are enrolled in County of San Bernardino Workforce Investment funded job training programs. Y4 offers youth participants a day of motivational presentations, career building workshops and opportunities to meet with local employers. Approximately 600 youth, ages 17-21 will attend to celebrate their accomplishments in training programs and be introduced to new resources to help them move forward into careers.

A resource fair will feature local employers willing to give mock job interviews or answer questions about their industry.
