That FIFTY-NINE would look ten times better with the stock '59 "Sunray " hubcaps. The 332cid is not a "Y-Block" but a Ford "FE" big block engine.

Has someone sat an Y-block in this Galaxie.

I had a 59 Galaxy and the only y block available was the 292. Someone might have bored and stroked the y block to thaty displacement but Ford never made a yblock that size. Y blocks in Fords came in 239 ,272, 292 and 312cu in. Y blocks in merc and lincoln came in 317, 341, and 368 cu in sizes. I know Yblocks inside and out. I lived that era and owned several and my best friend raced them and still does. 59 Ford engines were 232 (6 cyl) 292 (yblock) 332 (fe) and 352 (fe).

@tbird430 this one is a 332 Y-block. There was a 332 FE though, the smallest big block ford ever made. But that isn't the engine in this car.
