@Shadoweprinz Chinese acrobats make it look easy. This guys looks like he hasn't really done this thoughtfully. He has the strength, however, hasn't learned. First, go really slow. Pause when you shake, explore why, hard to explain unless you explore this a lot. But with better attention, this man could be really impressive. Yet, as now, he is muscling his way threw. Like yoga, or rock climbing, requires patience and willingness to change old way.

Like most gymnastics strength elements the planche requires a large number of muscle groups. Mostly from the core (abs), also shoulders, triceps, some areas of the pectorals and even back.
