A sharp pain in my right knee has been preventing me from squatting for the past few days. I made the switch to the split versions of the lifts to let that knee rest and still put in some work.

Just worked on it for 2 days so there is plenty of room for improvement :)

The 112.5kg jerk was ugly but still a PR, I'll take it !
