there's a music playing in the back right? the sound is not from your instruments...u can note this by the end with the female voice! :]

Right I understand you now.
Well that's British Television in the 90's for you ! Your right it is silly but most programmes just had us playing along to the record, maybe Rick would sing live if we were lucky, like on Top of the pops. TV just wasn't set up for live bands in the 90's apart from 'TFI' , which is why that was so successful in it's day ,
