@girlpalooza - i figured out why my blood is slow, she left the arm band on. I think that is why she said "that wasn't supposed to happen" or something like that. Ah, yes you should bring your camera :-) Ya why are breakfast, or traditional breakfasts loaded with cholesterol? wait, some folks eat oatmeal and raisins every day don't they?

I had my cholesterol checked about 8 months ago and the doctor told me it was the lowest he has ever seen... I need to go get some lab work done tomorrow... i hate needles with a passion, so I won't be bringing the camera with me for that.
UGGGG... I hate this part! your blood is slow =) sucks it right into the tube... that's what she said...
off to get some breakfast (cholesterol) ....

I was just thinking about you the other day and noticing I hadn't seen a video from you in awihle, and BOOM! :)
I went to the doctor this past July (first time in about twenty years) and had blood drawn, etc, and I'm low in protein is all (which with my disability is pretty good to have that be all).
Hope you get good resutls. You're a great vlogger!

@schmumpkin - hey thanks schmumpkin. I check back in now and then, can't ever get rid of the need for a YouTube fix :-) Ya I hope the results are good, but I can understand if they are not since I've sorta been not really taking care of the "what I eat" part of curbing the high Cholesterol. Whew 20 years between Dr. visits?? :-) thanks for your comment.
