For that one part (that holds on the 12th fret on the e String if your playing in E Standard) sounds better if you continue holding 12, but bend the 15th fret on the B String to make the sound of 17th fret B String or 12th fret e String to get that good sound Noel makes in the real song. Try it out. It works wonders.

thanks! i can't stand whats popular in music at the moment like the jonas brothers, (most) rap, and that screamo crap. i'd like to see somebody bring back some good rock, but it seems like its at a bit of a delay if you know what i mean. if somebody doesn't bring it back, then i guess i'll just do it myself! either that or Oasis is gonna have to release a Definitely Maybe Part II, haha
