if u are talking about the rampage like it have in gta vice city i dont know about other gta stories but in the gta 4 then dont have that the any timed missionthe have the sub mission like still car for stive deliver packege for pacie and texi driver for roman but then dont count the time in some mission they told us reach the point befor some get out of city or before them
