I was actually just jokeing about it while at the same time pointing out that Syfy's live action series, Firefly, is similar to Outlaw Star (not sure if you got that or not).

I am interested in seeing how the live action Cowboy Bebop movie turns out, though. It should be good since Shinichiro Watanabe and the script writers from the anime are working closely with the film studio!

@AndyHollan I hope not, all live action renditions of anime or animation in general are awful and never do credit to the source material. Since, if an anime does receive such attention from "legitimate" film producers it's just a way for the studios to cash in.

One of my favorite anime series!

I wish SyFy would make a live action tv series out of this... oh wait, they already did! The plot is a little different and the name's have been changed, but damnit, Firefly was a cool show anyways! lol

Though Firefly is similar to Outlaw Star in many ways, the two shows are completely not related. However it's my beliefe that Firefly was inspired by the likes of Outlaw Star & Cowboy Bebop (I hope).

I agree; she definitely would have been worthwhile; I merely am saying that I prefered Aisha, in both character and form. Mind you, the armor was kind of odd.
