This was a protest, it's not even supposed to be a riot -_-
You want to see a good ol' fashioned Pittsburgh riot, wait until we win the Super Bowl or Stanley Cup!
-
Go to Toronto... Seriously. This isn't a riot.

@AllistairLorne Freedom of speech applies EVERYWHERE. If not then it isnt freedom of speech.

no one WANTS to touch anyone at a gay pride rally....

I swear, many cops are just like immoral soldiers at war, salivating, dreaming, just waiting for a moment to pull a trigger so they can brag and slap asses with other cops in the shower, feeling big and bad....
as a vet, I was saddened to see how many dishonorable troops there are, and how they are praised by their units, and I have seen many leave to become cops/sheriffs/state dicks. There is quite a good possibility every larger police force has a murderer in their midst.

@tankertuff2002 I sure as hell wouldn't wanna be shot with a rubber bullet, head shot and the force alone can kill, you're right.
Another thing they deem so safe are their precious tasers, failing to mention that it's usually not the taser that will harm you but falling to the concrete without use of your arms!
Um yea I don't like the police-state vibes of late.

it's so the FEDs with the facial recognition cameras can't get a good picture as well. With the patriot act, and civil dissidence coming closer to being called "domestic terrorism", we have to protect ourselves.
I still think we need Molotovs though, like the Greeks use!!!
Also, remember that rubber bullets are "less lethal" not "non-lethal". The can still kill you, yet they use them BEFORE any sign of violence. I really think they want to just hurt people to use their shiny gear.

@OlderG0ds well, the bandannas soaked in.. i dont remember exactly what type of vinegar is actually somewhat effective. its not the best, but it DOES reduce the amount of pepper spray and other RCA's you take in via your mouth.
-
@robostormtrooper I have to question the effectiveness of a thin piece of cloth against tear gas and what not.
Also makes me a bit skeptical of their intentions, peaceful protest or ready for riots?
-
@OlderG0ds the bandanas are more to help protect against the RCA's
This is not a riot.

I hope people post more videos of this event. The corprate media will never cover this in a honest way like citizens will.
