I had a sugar crepe in Caorle, Italy. It was amazingly good but still simple. It was also from a crepe stand. Some of you might tell me that it isn't a "real" crepe, but they look absolutely the same. If you've tasted both Italian and French crepes, feel free to compare. @hrfalcons22 how do u start a grease fire making crepes, the amount of butter used is MINIMAL and considering how it burns at high heat and evaporates....it would be extremely hard to start a fire with....
