If you put fat A vs. normal B in a boxing match, and both gave an equal amount of punches, and normal B finally won in round 8, I wouldn't say it was a pointless competition because it obviously wasn't that easy to win.

because both contestants are obviously relatively equally matched. Did you notice how they were both at a stalemate for a good 40 seconds? It seems like the certified fatass put up a good fight. I know it's contrary to popular belief, but sumo wrestlers are great athletes. They're not just fat. They have some muscle underneath. If they put a fucking strongman out there, the orangutan would be in the mud in 10 seconds tops.

Orangutans are about 7 times stronger then men are, they are able to easily rip a man's face off.
Even the world's strongest man cannot win against an average Ape. It is merely because they are adapted to lift themselves up to about 9 times their own weight(about 1000 Lbs) or more, and we use only our legs to walk leaving no need for muscle, and we have a highly developed brain.
Same we didn't keep our ancestor's strength though. D:
