I just got one, and I am thrilled by it !

the audio is indeed not good ! I record my piano videos with a ZOOM Q3, and the video with the Kodak Zi8 the audio for the piano is just terrible with this microphone but well :) it isn't make for that :) ... but the video is awsome,

also little question ... can you delete ALL videos at onces ? or do you need to delete every video 1 by 1 ?

If you're just recording in your room, you could put a small mirror behind the camera when you're recording. Instant monitor!

i have a sony dcr-sr 68 it was expensive but the quality is crap... can someone tell me why its so expensive
