That is absolutely ridiculous. If your going to do northern ops, then you damn will choose an aircraft that operate in -40 temps, which occur regularly!
apparently these CRJs aren't certified below -40? So a lot of the flights are delayed/canceled from what I've been told on a typical cold winter morning in Whitehorse. Do you know if anything has changed, have they certified the CRJs for cold weather ops?

@Northern206 Air North is the only airline that we have that can fly up to -40 after that all planes are grounded until the temp drops.
